FARMACY Dinner

Whiskey and Rosemary presents FARMACY Dinner Edition in collaboration with Le Bon Nosh and Diamond Hill Farms, an intimate evening centered around thoughtful sourcing, regenerative farming, and conscious eating.

For the evening, Chef-Founder Forough Vakili will prepare a four-course dinner sourced entirely from Diamond Hill Farms, highlighting the beauty of seasonal ingredients and simple but beautiful cooking. Each course will be paired with cocktails crafted by Whiskey and Rosemary Founder Erika Shante alongside Le Bon Nosh mixologist Brianna Oswald, inspired by the ingredients featured throughout the meal.

Guests will also share the table with the Diamond Hill Farms team themselves, creating a rare opportunity to connect directly with the people who grew and harvested the food being served. Hosted in the Le Bon Nosh mezzanine with just 30 seats available, this intimate gathering is designed for those who value where their food comes from just as much as how it’s prepared.
