April Cooking Class

Want to bring a taste of Le Bon Nosh to your own table? Forough Vakili, Founder and Chef, is hosting an intimate cooking class built around the beauty of simple, seasonal ingredients, and this month's menu is a love letter to spring.

Think of the class as a guided demonstration you actually get to participate in. Forough walks you through the main course from start to finish, narrating every technique and ingredient along the way. This month, that means a Spring Risotto with Poached Lobster, finished with peas and asparagus. The kitchen handles everything else: you'll sit down to a Market Salad with organic greens, local feta, walnuts, and champagne vinaigrette to start, and will enjoy a Strawberry Tart with pastry cream and mint to finish.

All skill levels welcome. Every seat includes a complimentary glass of sparkling.
