May Cooking Class

Want to bring a taste of Le Bon Nosh to your own table?

Join Forough Vakili, Founder and Chef, for our May Cooking Class, featuring a seasonal menu of tomato and burrata salad with shallots, basil oil, and champagne vinaigrette; spinach and ricotta rotolo with marinara, parmesan, and ricotta; and a strawberry tart with pastry cream and mint.

No matter your skill set, this class is designed to demonstrate the power of simple ingredients and classic technique in creating delicious, fulfilling meals.

The evening includes the featured dishes, along with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Guests should be prepared to get hands-on and cook the main course, while the kitchen prepares and serves everything else.
