This month’s Uncorked takes a different approach.
Rather than highlighting visiting producers as we’ve done in past tastings, we’re opening our own wine library, which includes over 600 SKUs, to explore the regions and grapes that define our exclusively French wine program.
Each bottle poured is currently featured on our list during dinner service, offering the chance to experience these wines side by side and discover the producers behind them.
This Thursday we’re focusing on Beaujolais, a region widely associated with Gamay but one that reveals far more nuance when examined through site and producer.
The tasting opens with two Beaujolais Blancs. While Chardonnay represents only a small portion of production in the region, it provides a clear introduction to the granitic soils native here before moving into the reds.
From there, the lineup moves through three cru Beaujolais wines, illustrating how Gamay responds to site, vine age, and the decisions of the grower. Light-bodied and vibrant, these wines are perfect for the early days of spring.
Join us Thursday, March 12 from 5:30–7:30 pm for our March Wine Tasting.
Reservations available via the link in bio.
The tasting is self-paced, beginning at 5:30 PM and running until 7:30 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime before 7:00 PM.
