Join Le Bon Nosh for a summer wine dinner in collaboration with Etude Wines, guided by Senior Winemaker and General Manager Jon Priest.
Etude Winery was founded in 1982 by Tony Soter and was named for the French word for study — his goal was to study and master the art of growing and crafting exceptional Pinot Noir. When Tony decided to go make Pinot Noir in Oregon, he sold the winery and hand-picked his successor in Jon Priest — that was in 2000, and Jon has led the winery ever since, making exceptional Pinot Noirs, plus Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
On Tuesday, June 9, Jon joins us in the dining room to offer guests a rare opportunity to deepen their wine knowledge under the guidance of one of California's most respected winemakers, while enjoying a three-course menu from Chef Forough paired with selections from the Etude portfolio.
