Welcome the new year with a memorable evening at Le Bon Nosh. Our Founder and Executive Chef, Forough Valiki is preparing a five-course French-inspired prix fixe menu valued at $130 per person.
The menu includes Caviar & Crème Fraîche with Housemade Chips, Lobster Vichyssoise, and Tuna Crudo. Truffle Pappardelle, Poached Halibut in Champagne Beurre Blanc, Steak Au Poivre. Assorted cheeses and chutney. Profiteroles and Basque Cheesecake. Guests can also add an optional $70 wine pairing to bring the best out of each course.
The experience includes a glass of champagne for a celebratory toast, live music, and a tarot card reader will be present throughout the night for anyone who wishes to welcome the new year with a moment of reflection.
